Hi, I'm Karen! I'm so glad you found me. I'm a Mama, a wife, slightly (ok really) obsessed with gardening lately and a serious tea drinker! 3 years ago our family made the big move from Western Australia to settle in Geelong, Victoria. And we haven't looked back! We have been embraced by this incredible city and have no plans to leave! Apart from in the middle of winter, when I am continuously dreaming of leaving to somewhere warmer (ha)!! Fiji always seems so appealing that time of year!
I love capturing precious moments in time for families! It is amazing how quickly it all goes by (as I look at my 9 year and it really doesn't feel like that long ago that he was a squishy baby in my arms *cue tears*), and my passion is to capture just a small part of that for you to cherish! And for you Mums out there, who are often behind the camera, to get in front of it for a change! I want for you to to be able to see some of those special moments between you and your children from another perspective! I want you (and your children) to have fun and enjoy the process of having your photos taken - this isn't some stiff studio session. I'm all about photographing your personalities and your connection with each other! Its amazing how much better the smiles are when the kids are feeling comfortable and relaxed - I mean, if my kids school photos are anything to go by nobody does a good forced smile!
